Holiday Notice for 2009

Dear participant，
Holi days of 2009 are as follows：
1. Saturdays and Sundays are holidays throughout the year.
2. Settlement of Shanghai B Share is closed during the following national holidays.
The New Year’s Day
The market is to close from January 1st to January 2nd， 2009. Settlement date for trades completed on December 29th， 30th and 31st， 2008 is January 5th， 6th and 7th， 2009 respectively.
The Spring Festival
The market is to close from January 26th to January 30th， 2009. Settlement date for trades completed on January 21st， 22nd and 23rd， 2009 is February 2nd， 3rd and 4th， 2009 respectively.
The Qing Ming Festival
The market is to close on April 6th， 2009. Settlement date for trades completed on April 1st， 2nd and 3rd， 2009 is April 7th， 8th and 9th， 2009 respectively.
Labor Day
The market is to close on May 1st， 2009. Settlement date for trades completed on April 28th， 29th and 30th， 2009 is May 4th， 5th and 6th， 2009 respectively.
The Duan Wu Festival
The market is to close from May 28th to May 29th， 2009. Settlement date for trades completed on May 22nd and 25th， 2009 is June 1st， 2009. Settlement date for trades completed on May 26th and 27th， 2009 is June 2nd and 3rd， 2009 respectively.
National Day and The Mid-Autumn Festival
The market is to close from October 1st to October 8th， 2009. Settlement date for trades completed on September 28th， 29th and 30th， 2009 is October 9th， 13th and 14th， 2009 respectively.
