三、表彰奖励
评奖结束后，将在年内适当时机举行颁奖仪式，拟请市领导为获奖外国专家颁发“淄博友谊奖”奖牌和奖章。
四、注意事项
1、“淄博友谊奖”的评奖结果揭晓后，我市将正式通知各申报单位，在此之前，切勿告知候选专家本人。
2、为保证获奖专家的权益，各单位在接到评奖结果的正式通知后，请立即征求专家本人意见，如果专家本人不愿意公开宣传表彰或有其它意见，请及时告知市外国专家局。
3、为确保本次评选工作的顺利进行，请各申报单位严格遵守外事纪律，按照《“淄博友谊奖”评审规定》要求认真组织实施。
