温州市人民政府关于公布温州市第十二届自然科学优秀论文奖的通知
（温政发〔2008〕4号）
各县（市、区）人民政府，市政府直属各单位：
根据《关于开展温州市自然科学优秀论文评选的实施意见》，经市自然科学优秀论文评选委员会评选，市人民政府同意授予《Determination of amino acids in Sargassum fusiforme by high performance capillary electrophoresis》等10篇论文为温州市第十二届自然科学优秀论文一等奖，《Oscillation of a differential equation with fractional delay and piecewise constant arguments》等40篇论文为二等奖，《温州软土地基先张法预应力混凝土管桩设计中的一些问题》等79篇论文为三等奖（名单附后），现予以公布，并按规定给予奖励。
