《
中华人民共和国政府和新西兰政府自由贸易协定》（以下简称
《协定》）已于2008年10月1日实施，现将原产地证书有关填制事宜公告如下：
当原产地证书1页（A4规格）填制不下多项商品时，可以附页填制。原产地证书第1页为完整的原产地证书格式，标注“第1页，共……页（Page 1 of ）”（原产地证书仅有一页时，也应加以标注）；第2页应列出原产地证书第1页所列的第7至15栏内容，并标注原产地证书号码，该号码与第1页证书号码相同，同时必须有签证机构的“安全特征”，且注明“第2页，共……页”；第3、4页按照第2页原理填写、标注（原产地证书样本见附件）。
本公告内容自2009年7月1日实施。
